Obstruction of colon by tumor (T/F).
Perforation of colon (T/F).
Adherence of tumor to nearby organs (T/F).
Number of lymph nodes with detectable cancer (integer betwwen 0-33).
Differentiation index of tumor: well, moderate (moder), poor.
Extent of local spread: submucosa (submuc), muscle, serosa, contiguous structures (cstruct).
Time from surgery to registration (short, long).
More than 4 positive lymph nodes (T/F).
